If you have a group of 10 or more registrations, you can complete the group registration form and submit it for upload to the registration system. All forms must include all the requested information. Once your form is completed, please email it to WorkforceSummitInfo@gmail.com. Please allow up to 5 days for registration completion.
OVERVIEW:
- Please fill out all the information, as the forms will be returned if missing any information. This will cause a delay in the process.
- Provide accurate dietary needs as we MUST be notified ahead of time to confirm any attendee needs.
- Enter the email address in the "Whova Email" column that the attendee will use onsite at the Summit.
- Once the group list has been uploaded into the registration system, we will send out all confirmations and an updated group invoice. Please note that if you want everyone to be included on one invoice, they MUST be registered at the same time.
- If you register anyone in the group separately, they will NOT appear on the group invoice.
- If you replace someone, the new person will be added to the group invoice.
- You can reference the agenda on the Registration & Agenda tab.
- If the email address the attendee will use onsite at the Summit is different than their work email, you MUST provide this on the spreadsheet or they will not have access to Whova App (app used before and on-site at the conference).
STEPS TO USE GROUP REGISTRATION FORM
- Need 10 or more attendees to register.
- Use the DOWNLOAD button below to access the group registration spreadsheet template to use.
- Complete all columns on the spreadsheet.
- Once completed, email document to WorkforceSummitInfo@gmail.com.
- The Summit Staff will upload your spreadsheet to the Registration System. Once the spreadsheet has been uploaded into the registration system, you will be sent confirmations to those listed on the spreadsheet. Please allow 5 days business days to receive these.
