This conference will provide a full array of workshops specially selected to help all workforce staff at every level of their organization. The Workforce Professional Development Summit's theme this year is EXPLORE, ENHANCE, ENGAGE.
This year marks the 12th collaboration of Florida’s workforce partners in providing quality training and development for workforce professionals throughout the state and beyond. This four-day conference gives workforce organizations and partners opportunities to EXPLORE a broad spectrum of sessions including those devoted to critical human resource practices, proper fiscal oversight, and employee retention; ENHANCE awareness of workforce products and services; and ENGAGE in productive dialogue about successful implementation of workforce programs.
New this year, the Summit begins on Sunday with Bootcamps to bring together our key team members in special sessions designed to boost their skills in these challenging times.
