SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR KIT INFORMATION
On this page you will find all the information needed to assist you in getting sponsor & exhibitor required information over to the Workforce Planning Team.
Review the following information:
- Exhibitor Kit - All necessary information for having a Tabletop at the Summit
- Tabletop Selection - Select your tabletop location number based off of the provided color-coding for your sponsorship level.
- Whova App Virtual Booth - Once you receive the invite from Whova App, please add your company information for all attendees to see.
- Register Conference Attendees - Register your sponsor package included registrations once you receive the invite w/comp code.
- Deadlines & Schedules - Deadline dates for your specific sponsorship level and schedule for best networking opportunities
- Trade Show Schedule - Includes move in/out times and opportunities to network with the attendees.
- Vendor Information - Audio visual, internet, and electric or power needs. Use the provided buttons for additional information.
- Additional Information - Any additional Summit information needed.
2. Exhibitor Tabletop Selection
You may choose your tabletop location from the options near the workshop rooms. Please select a booth that matches your sponsorship or exhibitor level, as indicated by the color-coded diagram at the bottom.

3. Whova App Virtual Booth
We will be using the Whova App again this year during the Summit. You have an opportunity to create a virtual booth, collect leads, and interact with Summit attendees & speakers.
If you have not received your invite to log into Whova and set up your virtual booth, use the WHOVA APP INVITE button to request the invite.

4. Register Attendees
You will receive an invite w/comp code to register your conference attendees that are included in your sponsor package. If you have not received your invite to register your conference attendees, use the SPONSOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION button to request the invite.
