At the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®, our dining offerings are designed to provide exactly what you want when you want it. From morning till evening, whether you’re heading out for a day in and around Orlando or spending the day relaxing poolside, we have the drinks and dishes that will complement your every whim.
PARKING RATES
Self-parking is available at a nightly discounted rate of $30.00 + tax
Valet parking is available daily for $54.00 + tax.
- If you are staying at the hotel, you can enter and exit the self-parking lot as many times as you like.
- If you drive to the Summit daily, once you enter the self-parking lot, you will not be able to exit and re-enter without paying the above discounted rate again.
There are parking vouchers available to pre-purchase if you are driving in daily. These can be given out at the Summit to whoever should receive them. Please contact the group Housing contact at the hotel (contact information listed on the right rail of this page).
Before going to the car to leave for the day, you must use the parking ticket & voucher in the Parking Kiosk (located near the hotel lobby) machine to validate.

BOOK YOUR ROOM
The Workforce Summit hotel room rate is $205/night + $20 Resort Fee + taxes. You must book your room before the hotel cut-off date of August 15, 2025. You can book your room using the Book Your Room Now button below.
GOVERNMENT PER DIEM RATE ROOMS
We do have a few government per diem rate rooms. If you need one at this rate, please contact chris@meetingplanningforyou.com.
GROUP ROOM BLOCK
If you would like to book a block of multiple rooms (5 or more) at the hotel, please email the hotel group contact below. Please note that all rooms in your block MUST have a different name and be registered to attend the conference two weeks before the hotel cut-off date.
