PARKING RATES
Self-parking is available at a daily discounted rate of fifty (50%) discount off $38.00 plus tax.
Valet parking is available daily for $48.00 + tax.
- If you are staying at the hotel, you can enter and exit the self-parking lot as many times as you like.
- If you drive to the Summit daily, once you enter the self-parking lot, you will not be able to exit and re-enter without paying the above discounted rate again.
There are parking vouchers available to pre-purchase if you are driving in daily. These can be given out at the Summit to whoever should receive them. Please contact the group Housing contact at the hotel (contact information listed on the right rail of this page).
Before going to the car to leave for the day, you must use the parking ticket & voucher in the Parking Kiosk (located near the hotel lobby) machine to validate.
Please note: this will not allow you in & out privileges. See the above bullet point.
**IMPORTANT - The only hotel associated with the Workforce Development Summit is: Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista.
The hotel will not call you for a hotel room. The only way to reserve a room is by using the "BOOK HOTEL ROOM' button to the right or your confirmation email. If you receive a phone call, please note that it is NOT from the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld hotel, so please ignore it.
BOOK YOUR ROOM
The Workforce Summit hotel room rate is $189/night + taxes. You must book your room before the hotel cut-off date of August 24, 2026, unless the room block is sold out prior to this date. You can book your room using the Book Your Room Now button below.
GOVERNMENT PER DIEM RATE ROOMS
There are a limited number of Government per diem rate room rates available in the Workforce Summit block. Once they have been reserved from our block, they will no longer available as an option.
GROUP ROOM BLOCK
If you would like to book a block of multiple rooms (5 or more) at the hotel, please email the hotel group contact below. Please note that all rooms in your block MUST have a different name and be registered to attend the conference two weeks before the hotel cut-off date.

CANCELLATION
You MUST cancel your room three (3) days prior to arrival date for no fees or charges will be incurred. If you cancel within the three days or on the arrival day, you will be changed fees.
GROUP BLOCK NOTE:
